We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH that offers exciting careers in the housing industry. Our management team not only takes care of all our tenant issues but also ensures our properties are well administered. The technical department is dedicated to developing exciting new construction projects and expertly maintaining our buildings, while handling all financial processes from a lease’s inception to its termination is in the accounting department’s safe hands. Finally, our service and management company takes care of painting and janitorial work, among other things.
